JULY 4TH FIREWORK CAKE




Firework Cheesecake Poundcake
Cook time: 1hr 15min

Ingredients:
  • 1 stick of cream cheese (8 oz.) 
  • 3 sticks of salted butter 
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups of soft silk flour
  • Bundt pan
  • Sprinkles
  • Icing (white)
  • Red & blue food color
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Spray bundt pan with flour spray or oil & flour pan
  • Cream butter & cream cheese about 1 minute on medium
  • Add sugar in slowly; make fluffy on low
  • Add half of the flour with 3 eggs & stir on low
  • Add the other half of flour and 3 eggs & stir on low
  • Add desired amount of sprinkles to the mix and stir on low
  • Place in oven & bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes
Topping:
  • Divide frosting evenly in to three amounts and place in coffee mug
  • Add 20 drops of blue to mug #1
  • Add 25 drops of red to mug #2
  • Leave mug #3 alone
  • Place mug #1 in the microwave for 10 seconds & drizzle over cake; let it dry
  • Place mug #2 in the microwave for 10 seconds & drizzle over cake; let it dry
  • Place mug #3 in the microwave for 10 seconds & drizzle over cake
  • Sprinkle on the sprinkles
